A Raptors defender makes a horrible play on this long Horseman touchdown pass. Number 19 of the Raptors turns the wrong way and then does not touch the Lexington receiver on the ground who then proceeds to get back to his feet and waltz to the endzone. The fans were screaming "touch him, touch him" while the WR lay on the turf but the screams were to no avail as John Cooper of Marshall popped back up and completed the very long touchdown play for the Lexington UIF squad.
